Jarret & Andy's House

It's rather small with a master bedroom and a bathroom attached; bedroom for Andy of average size; an office for Jarret to do his paperwork in with a computer for everyday use as well as work. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, family room, utility room and the master bedroom with a large deck exiting off the back through the family room. The second floor has Andy's bedroom, a bathroom and the office. The basement is unfinished but Jarret is tossing around plans for it. For the most part the house is country in design but some of it is a little bit of the shiny modern type. The house sits on a hill overlooking 5 acres of rather hilly land and a little valley.
